Overview

HX3157-ST/HX3157-ST3 is a single-channel, bidirectional, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) CMOS analog switch designed for single-supply operation from 1.5V to 5.5V. It features high bandwidth (-3dB @ 600MHz) and low on-resistance (typical 1.5Ω), making it ideal for audio switching applications. The device ensures consistent on-resistance matching between switches and maintains flat on-resistance characteristics across the entire signal range. This design feature guarantees excellent linearity and ultra-low distortion when processing audio signals. HX3157-ST/HX3157-ST3 is available in RoHS-compliant green SOT23-6 and SOT363 packages.
