Overview

HX7227-Q/HX7227-MS is a bidirectional, low-power dual-port high-speed USB 2.0 analog switch with integrated protection for USB Type-C systems. The device is configurable as a dual 2:1 or 1:2 switch, optimized for USB 2.0 DP/DM lines in USB Type-C environments. The HX7227-Q/HX7227-MS features overvoltage protection on the C0+/- pins, capable of withstanding voltages up to DC 30V, and includes an auto-shutdown circuit designed to protect system components downstream of the switch. GPIO control for SEL and EN is compatible with 1.8V logic levels. Available in UQFN 1.4x1.8-10L and MSOP10 packages, both lead-free and halogen-free, making it ideal for space-constrained mobile applications and environments.
