Overview
HXL1509 is a fixed-frequency 150KHz PWM step-down DC/DC converter capable of driving a 2A load, featuring high efficiency, low ripple, and excellent line and load regulation. The regulator requires minimal external components, is easy to use, and integrates internal frequency compensation and a fixed-frequency oscillator. Its PWM control circuit allows linear duty cycle adjustment from 0 to 100%. Enable and overcurrent protection functions are integrated internally. When the secondary current limiting function is triggered, the operating frequency is reduced from 150KHz to 50KHz. The built-in compensation module minimizes the number of external components.
