ISO7310CQDRQ1

The ISO7310-Q1 device provides current isolation of up to 3000 VRMS for up to 1 minute in accordance with UL 1577 standards, and 4242 VPK isolation in accordance with VDE V0884-10 standards. These devices feature an isolated channel where the logic input and output buffers are separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulation barrier. When used with an isolated power supply, the ISO7310-Q1 device prevents noise currents on the data bus or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuits. The device integrates a noise filter for harsh industrial environments where short noise pulses may appear on the device's input pins. The ISO7310-Q1 device has transistor-transistor logic (TTL) input thresholds and operates over a supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V. Thanks to the innovative chip design and wiring technology, the electromagnetic compatibility of the ISO7310-Q1 device is significantly enhanced, ensuring system-level ESD, EFT, and surge protection and compliance with radiation standards.
