JSM61410

JSM61410 is a 40V, 1A buck converter integrating a 400 mΩ high-side MOSFET and a 200 mΩ low-side MOSFET. The device features a wide input voltage range of 4.6V to 40V, suitable for various applications powered by unregulated sources such as industrial or automotive applications. The device employs peak current mode control with a fixed switching frequency. In sleep mode, the quiescent current is 80uA and the shutdown current is 1uA, making it well-suited for battery-powered systems. The device integrates multiple protection features including cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown, short-circuit and overvoltage protection. It comes in a cost-effective TSOT23-6L package. The device supports a fixed 1MHz switching frequency to minimize external components. The JSM61410 features an internal 1ms soft-start time.
