Overview

JW1121A is a current-mode monolithic step-down LED driver. It operates from an input voltage range of 4.2V to 20V and delivers 1.5A continuous output current via two integrated N-channel MOSFETs. The internal synchronous power switches provide high efficiency, eliminating the need for an external Schottky diode. Analog dimming mode and PWM-to-analog dimming mode are combined on a single control pin. JW1121A incorporates LED short-circuit protection, thermal protection, startup current runaway protection, and input undervoltage lockout (UVLO) to ensure robust operation. JW1121A is available in a 6-pin SOT23 package, offering a compact solution with minimal external components.
