Overview

JW1123 is a current-mode monolithic step-down LED driver. It operates over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V and delivers 2A continuous output current via two integrated N-channel MOSFETs. The internal synchronous power switches enable high efficiency without requiring an external Schottky diode. It integrates a PWM-to-analog dimming mode to support dimmable LED lighting applications. The JW1123 ensures robustness through LED short-circuit protection, thermal protection, startup current runaway protection, and input undervoltage lockout. The device is offered in a 6-pin SOT23 package, providing a compact solution with minimal external components.
