JW5062T and JW5062TF are monolithic step-down switching regulators based on I²C architecture with fast transient response. Operating over an input voltage range of 4V to 18V, they integrate two N-channel MOSFETs to deliver 4A continuous output current. The internal synchronous power switches provide high efficiency, eliminating the need for external Schottky diodes. At light loads, the JW5062T operates at reduced frequency to maintain high efficiency, while the JW5062TF operates in continuous conduction mode for frequency-sensitive applications. Both devices ensure robustness through output short-circuit protection, thermal protection, current runaway protection, and input undervoltage lockout. The JW5062T is available in TSOT23-6 and TSOT23-8 packages, and the JW5062TF in a TSOT23-6 package, both offering compact solutions with minimal external components.
