JXI5020GP-TD

JX15020 is a driver IC designed for LED display panels. It features a built-in CMOS shift register and latch function that converts serial input data into parallel output data format. The JX15020 provides 16 current sources capable of delivering 3~36mA constant current at each output port to drive LEDs. Multiple OUT driver channels can be short-circuited together to achieve higher current output, with minimal impact on output current when environmental conditions change. An external resistor of selectable resistance (TEXT) can be used to adjust the output current at each port of the JX15020, enabling precise control of LED luminance brightness. This makes it well suited for high-quality white balance display driver modules.
