The KP107XL series are highly integrated constant-current LED power switches. The chips employ a quasi-resonant operating mode, eliminating the need for an auxiliary winding for demagnetization detection. An integrated high-voltage 500V power MOSFET and high-voltage self-supply circuit simplify system design and reduce production costs. The chips incorporate high-precision inductor current sampling technology to achieve highly accurate constant-current output, with excellent line voltage regulation and load regulation performance. The KP107XL integrates comprehensive protection features to ensure safe and reliable system operation, including: VDD undervoltage lockout (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), output overvoltage protection (OVP), CS sense resistor short-circuit protection, and LED open-circuit and short-circuit protection.
