This series of devices are highly integrated primary-side controlled, constant-current mode LED power switches operating in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), designed for isolated flyback LED constant-current power supplies. They integrate a power MOSFET, rectifier bridge, and high-voltage self-supply circuit internally, and employ a patented demagnetization detection technology that eliminates the need for an auxiliary winding for demagnetization detection and power supply, thereby simplifying system design and reducing production cost. The devices integrate a high-precision inductor current sampling circuit to achieve high-accuracy constant-current output with excellent line voltage and load regulation. In addition, this series incorporates comprehensive protection features to ensure safe and reliable system operation, including undervoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, over-temperature protection, output overvoltage protection, and LED open-circuit and short-circuit protection.
