KP1235X is a highly integrated boost-type LED constant-current power switch. The chip adopts a quasi-resonant operating mode combined with active power factor correction control technology to meet the requirements of high power factor, ultra-low harmonic distortion, and high efficiency. The KP1235X integrates demagnetization signal detection technology internally, along with high-voltage startup and power supply circuits, eliminating the need for auxiliary windings for demagnetization detection and power supply, thereby simplifying system design and reducing production costs. The chip integrates high-precision inductor current sampling technology and a high-precision output current reference voltage, along with line voltage compensation technology, delivering excellent constant-current output characteristics. The KP1235X incorporates comprehensive protection features to ensure safe and reliable system operation, including: VDD under-voltage lockout (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP), over-temperature protection (OTP), output over-voltage protection (OVP), and more.
