KP1264FMSPA

KP1264FMSP is a highly integrated constant-current LED power switch. The device adopts a quasi-resonant operating mode combined with active power factor correction control technology to achieve high power factor, low harmonic distortion, and high efficiency. KP1264FMSP integrates an internal 600V high-voltage power MOSFET and a high-voltage supply circuit, simplifying system design and reducing production costs. Through a proprietary constant-current control algorithm, the device delivers high-accuracy constant-current output with excellent line and load regulation performance. KP1264FMSP incorporates comprehensive protection features to ensure safe and reliable system operation, including cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP), over-temperature protection (OTP), output overvoltage protection (OVP), and LED open-circuit and short-circuit protection.
