Overview
The LGS5105 integrates a high-voltage LDO and a high-efficiency synchronous buck module. Both outputs support comprehensive and reliable global thermal protection and short-circuit protection. The LGS5105 buck converter operates at a fixed switching frequency of 1MHz with synchronous rectification, supports input voltages up to 60V, features an output voltage adjustable via external resistor divider, and delivers a maximum output current of 500mA. The LGS5105 also provides a 3.3V LDO output with a maximum load current of 25mA, which can serve as a power supply for external control circuits. The LGS5105 integrates an adaptive feedback loop design that automatically detects the impedance to ground at the feedback pin to adaptively operate in either voltage feedback mode or current feedback mode, enabling both constant voltage output and constant current output operation.
