Overview

This product is designed for industrial-grade power applications, with an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It integrates a 60V, 250mA asynchronous high-side switch constant-current LED driver operating in LED driver constant-current mode, with 5% accuracy and peak efficiency up to 92%, supporting an input/output voltage range of 12V to 60V. The device supports PWM dimming mode and features thermal shutdown, input undervoltage lockout, overcurrent protection, and short-circuit protection. In addition, it integrates a wide-input-range 60V LDO with quiescent current as low as 7mA, featuring overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown, with a fixed 5V output.
