The LH32M0S3 series microcontrollers feature a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0 core, integrating up to 128KB of FLASH memory and 4KB of SRAM, with a maximum operating frequency of 32MHz. The device provides standard communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, and USART), multi-channel 24-bit high-precision ADC, two 16-bit timers, a buzzer driver, and a display controller. This microcontroller series supports up to 4×20 LCD and up to 7×8 LED control. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 105℃, and the operating voltage range is 2.2V to 3.6V. The device offers multiple power operating modes to meet various low-power application requirements.
