Overview
The LKS42xS is a series of 4-channel SPST analog switches. The LKS423S features four normally-closed channels, the LKS424S features four normally-open channels, and the LKS425S contains two normally-closed and two normally-open analog switches. Designed with CMOS technology, the signal handling capability is extended to VSS~VDD, enabling operation over a wide supply voltage range. These devices offer excellent characteristics including low on-resistance, low leakage current, and high switching speed.
