LKS517SS

The LKS517SS is a high-performance analog switch featuring 16 single channels. It selects one of 16 inputs to a common output based on 4 binary address inputs and 1 enable input. Designed with an enhanced LC²MOS process, the device extends signal handling capability to VSS ~ VDD, operates over a wide supply voltage range, and offers low power consumption, high switching speed, and low on-resistance.
