Overview

The LM236 and LM336 are precision 5.0V voltage reference diodes. These monolithic integrated circuit voltage references operate similarly to 5.0V Zener diodes with low temperature coefficient and 0.6Ω dynamic impedance. A third pin is available for trimming the reference voltage and temperature coefficient.
