LM25011MYX/NOPB

The LM25011 constant on-time buck switching regulator incorporates all the functions necessary to implement a low-cost, high-efficiency buck bias regulator capable of providing up to 2A of load current. This high-voltage regulator includes an N-channel buck switch, startup regulator, current limit detection, and internal ripple control. The constant on-time regulation principle eliminates the need for loop compensation, provides fast load transient response, and simplifies circuit implementation. Operating frequency remains constant over line and load. Adjustable valley current limit detection provides smooth transition from constant voltage mode to constant current mode when the current limit is reached, without the use of current limit foldback. The PGD output indicates that the output voltage has risen to within 95% of the expected regulated value. Additional features include: low output ripple, VIN undervoltage lockout, adjustable soft-start timing, thermal shutdown, gate drive precharge, gate drive undervoltage lockout, and maximum duty cycle limiting. The LM25011A has a shorter minimum off-time than the LM25011, allowing higher frequency operation at lower input voltages.
