LM2596T-3.3G

This is a 150KHz fixed-frequency PWM DC-DC buck converter capable of 3A output current, featuring high efficiency, low ripple, high line regulation, and load regulation. The device operates in PWM mode, enabling linear duty cycle adjustment from 0 to 100%. An on-chip fixed-frequency oscillator and frequency compensation module minimize the required external component count. Additional integrated features include enable control with hysteresis, over-temperature protection, over-current protection, and secondary over-current protection. When secondary over-current protection is triggered, the operating frequency is reduced from 150KHz to 50KHz. The primary function is to convert high-ripple, high-noise, high-voltage DC input into stable, low-ripple, low-noise, low-voltage DC output. The product family is offered in four output voltage versions: fixed 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and an adjustable output voltage version.
