LM2674M-3.3(UMW)

The LM2674M series is a DC/DC switching buck converter controlled by a 260kHz fixed-frequency PWM. It primarily consists of internal frequency compensation, a fixed-frequency oscillator, built-in overcurrent protection, and power switch control circuitry, capable of driving a 500mA load with high efficiency, low ripple, and excellent line and load regulation. Only a minimal number of external components are required to implement DC/DC step-down regulation, making it highly practical and easy to use. The PWM control circuit adjusts the duty cycle from 0% to 100% based on load conditions to achieve high operating efficiency. It features an external enable control for power-on functionality, enabling controlled switching between standby and active states for greater application flexibility.
