LM2675M-12(UMW)

The LM2675 series is a DC/DC switching buck converter with 260kHz fixed-frequency PWM control. It primarily consists of internal frequency compensation, a fixed-frequency oscillator, built-in overcurrent protection, and power switch control circuitry. The device is capable of driving a 1A load, offering high efficiency, low ripple, good line and load regulation. Only a few external components are required to implement DC/DC buck regulation, making it simple and practical. The PWM control circuit adjusts the duty cycle from 0% to 100% according to load conditions to achieve high operating efficiency. It features an external enable control for power-on, enabling controlled switching between standby and active states for greater application flexibility.
