LM2842XMK-ADJL/NOPB

LM2840, LM2841, and LM2842 are PWM DC/DC step-down regulators. With a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 42V, they are suited for a broad range of applications such as unregulated supply power conditioning. To achieve maximum efficiency (typical 85%), they feature a low R_DSON (typical 0.9Ω) internal switch. The operating frequency is fixed at 550kHz (X version) and 1.25MHz (Y version), allowing the use of small external components while still maintaining low output voltage ripple. A shutdown pin with an external RC circuit can be used to implement soft-start, enabling users to tailor the soft-start time to the requirements of specific applications. LM2840, LM2841, and LM2842 are optimized for load currents up to 100mA, 300mA, and 600mA, respectively. All feature a nominal feedback voltage of 0.765V. Additional features include: thermal shutdown, V_IN undervoltage lockout, and gate drive undervoltage lockout. LM2840, LM2841, and LM2842 are available in a thin SOT-6L package.
