LM285DR-1-2

LM285 is a low-power bandgap voltage reference fabricated using a bipolar process. It provides a stable voltage reference over an operating current range of 10μA to 20mA, featuring low dynamic impedance and excellent temperature stability. The on-chip reference trimming ensures minimal output voltage tolerance. Since the bandgap reference elements of the LM285 consist solely of transistors and resistors, the circuit exhibits ultra-low noise and excellent long-term stability. The LM285 is designed to address issues that may arise under various load conditions, making it highly adaptable to external loads and suitable for the vast majority of voltage reference applications. The wide dynamic operating range allows the device to maintain superior regulation performance even under significant supply voltage variations. The LM285's ability to deliver a precision reference at extremely low quiescent current makes it particularly well-suited for low-power circuits, such as battery-powered portable instruments, voltage regulators, and voltage references in general-purpose analog circuits. The LM285 is available in an SOP-8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃.
