Overview
This device consists of two independent low-power voltage comparators designed specifically to operate from low voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. In addition, the device has a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes the negative supply.
Key features
- Wide single supply voltage: +2 V to +36 V or dual supplies ±1 V to ±18 V
- Very low supply current (0.4 mA)
- Low input bias current: 20 nA typ.
- Low input offset voltage: 250 mV typ. (I₀ = 4 mA)
- Low output saturation voltage: 250 mV typ. (Ic)
- Differential input voltage range equal to the supply
- Compatible with TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS
