The LMR16006Y-Q1 is a pulse-width modulation (PWM) DC-DC buck regulator. This device is well-suited for power regulation from unregulated power supplies across a wide range of applications, from industrial to automotive. With a standby current of 28μA in ECO mode, the regulator is ideal for battery-powered systems. The device features an ultra-low shutdown current of 1μA, further extending battery life. The fixed operating frequency of 2.1MHz allows the device to maintain low output ripple voltage while using small external components. Soft-start and compensation circuits are implemented internally, minimizing the number of external components required.
