Overview
The LMR50410XDBVR-MS is a high-efficiency, synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator. Its wide input voltage range makes it suitable for a broad range of applications, such as power conditioning from unregulated sources. It features internal switches with low RDS(ON) (typical 250mΩ/150mΩ), enabling peak efficiency of up to 92% (typical). PSM mode is supported, and the fixed operating frequency of 800kHz allows the use of small external components while maintaining low output voltage ripple. With OVP functionality, the IC can withstand input voltages up to 40V. The LMR50410XDBVR-MS supports 1.2A continuous output current and features a 0.8V nominal feedback voltage. Additional features include thermal shutdown, VIN UVLO, and gate drive UVLO. The LMR50410XDBVR-MS is available in a thin SOT-23-6 package.
