LMV393X-SO1R

This series of devices integrates one or two comparators on a single monolithic substrate. The common-mode input voltage range includes ground and the supply rail, even when operating from a single supply. Low quiescent supply current makes these devices well-suited for battery-powered applications. They are designed to interface directly with TTL and CMOS, and their outputs can be connected to other open-collector or open-drain outputs to implement a wired-AND function. The devices operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
