Overview

The LN2115 series is a fixed-frequency, constant-current boost DC/DC controller designed primarily for white-light backlight LED driving in mobile phones, PDAs, and digital cameras. The output voltage can reach up to 28V, and at an input voltage of 3.6V, it can simultaneously drive seven LED strings with 3 LEDs in series per string. LED brightness can be controlled via an external PWM signal. The IC features overvoltage protection.
