Overview

This device is a constant-frequency current-mode PWM step-down LED driver featuring 1A output current and 1.5MHz switching frequency. It integrates a main switch and a synchronous rectifier, achieving high efficiency without an external Schottky diode. The device offers two operating modes: PWM control and PFM mode switching control, enabling high efficiency across a wider LED current range. The typical feedback voltage is 0.1V. The device also integrates multiple protection features, including input overvoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and overtemperature protection.
