Overview
LN3435 is a current-mode monolithic step-down switching regulator. With an input range of 2.7V to 6.0V, it delivers 1.5A continuous output current and integrates both P-channel and N-channel MOSFETs. The internal synchronous power switches provide high efficiency. Under light load conditions, the regulator operates at reduced frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. LN3435 ensures stability through hiccup output short-circuit protection, FB short-circuit protection, input undervoltage lockout, hot-plug capability, and thermal protection. LN3435 is available in SOT23-5L and DFN1616-6L packages, offering a compact solution with minimal external components.
