Overview

The LP62610 is a synchronous boost converter with ultra-low quiescent current. It features true shutdown, which disconnects the input from the output under shutdown and output short-circuit conditions. The device consumes only 1uA quiescent current under light-load conditions, achieving up to 75% efficiency at a 20uA load and up to 93% efficiency at a 200mA load in a 3.3V-to-5V conversion.
