Overview

A high-efficiency, 200KHz fixed-frequency PWM DC step-down converter with 0.5A continuous load capability, low ripple, and excellent line/load regulation. Features built-in frequency compensation and fixed-frequency oscillator, requiring minimal external components for ease of use. The PWM control circuit enables linear duty cycle adjustment from 0 to 100%. Includes EN function and overcurrent protection; under output short-circuit conditions, the switching frequency reduces from 200KHz to 45KHz.
