Overview
LV2842YLVDDCR is a 40V, 1A buck converter integrating a 400 mΩ high-side MOSFET and a 200 mΩ low-side MOSFET. The device features a wide input voltage range of 4.6V to 40V, suitable for various applications powered by unregulated supplies. It employs peak current mode control with a fixed switching frequency. In sleep mode, the quiescent current is 80uA and the shutdown current is 1uA, making it well-suited for battery-powered systems. The device integrates multiple protection features, including cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown, short-circuit, and overvoltage protection. It comes in a cost-effective TSOT23-6L package.
