Overview

This chip integrates a lithium battery charge management module, LED function control module, and protection module, with a shutdown standby current of only 5uA. Output illumination is activated upon detecting a high level on the enable pin, with three selectable output sustain durations — 16S, 32S, and 64S — selected via different states of the FUN pin. Charge current is externally adjustable from 0.3A to 1A, with a maximum output current of 1.6A; applications exceeding 1.6A can also be achieved by adding an external PMOS transistor.
