Overview

MC34063ADR is a monolithic DC-DC converter IC featuring an integrated temperature-compensated reference voltage source (1.25V), comparator, oscillator, driver, and a high-current output switching transistor capable of effective current limiting and duty cycle control. With minimal external components, it can be configured as a step-up, step-down, or voltage-inverting DC-DC converter. The device is available in an SOP8 package.
