The ME2110 series DC/DC ICs are low quiescent current PFM switching boost converters fabricated using CMOS process technology. This series employs advanced circuit design and manufacturing processes to significantly reduce the inherent noise issues of switching circuits, minimizing interference to surrounding circuitry. The output voltage range is 1.8V to 6.0V (in 0.1V steps). For the ME2110Xxx variants with integrated switching transistors, only three external components are required to form a boost circuit: a Schottky diode, an inductor, and a capacitor. The ME2110Cxx variants with a CE pin feature a shutdown function that reduces chip power consumption to a minimum. This series is suitable for battery-powered devices requiring low noise and relatively high current.
