Overview

ME2135 is a low-noise charge pump boost DC-DC converter with an input voltage range of 1.8V - 5.5V, operating at a constant frequency of 650KHz, capable of delivering load currents up to 250mA. It requires no external inductor for boost operation. The minimal external components (one FLY capacitor and two bypass capacitors at VIN and VOUT) combined with its compact package deliver high integration, low noise, low EMI, and low ripple, making it ideal for small battery-powered applications. Internal thermal shutdown and output short-circuit protection are included. A soft-start circuit limits inrush current during startup, and shutdown current is less than 0.1uA.
