Overview
The ME3110 is a high-efficiency synchronous rectification buck DC-DC converter IC with an input voltage up to 18V. It integrates two low on-resistance NMOSFET power switches — 70mΩ for the low-side switch and 140mΩ for the high-side switch — supporting up to 2A load current. The IC operates in PFM mode under light load and in quasi-PWM continuous current mode under heavy load, with a switching frequency of 500kHz. It employs an adaptive constant on-time control architecture for fast load transient response. Built-in protection features including over-temperature protection, input UVLO, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and output short-circuit protection enhance overall reliability.
