Overview

ME3113 is a high-efficiency synchronous rectification buck DC-DC converter IC with an input voltage up to 18V. It integrates two low on-resistance NMOSFET power switches internally — low-side switch RDS(ON) of 50mΩ and high-side switch RDS(ON) of 90mΩ — supporting up to 3A load current. Under light-load conditions, the IC operates in PFM mode; under heavy-load conditions, it operates in quasi-PWM mode with continuous current at a switching frequency of 500 kHz. The IC employs adaptive constant on-time control for fast load transient response.
