Overview
ME3121 is a high-efficiency synchronous rectification buck DC-DC converter IC with an input voltage up to 40V. It integrates two low on-resistance NMOSFET power switches — low-side switch RDS(on) of 170mΩ and high-side switch RDS(on) of 410mΩ — supporting up to 1A load current. Under light load, the IC operates in PFM mode; under heavy load, it operates in quasi-PWM mode with continuous current at a switching frequency of 1MHz. The IC employs an adaptive constant on-time control architecture for fast load transient response.
