Overview
The ME432 is a low-voltage, three-terminal, programmable precision voltage regulator that maintains stability across the full temperature range, behaving like a low-temperature-coefficient Zener diode. The ME432 features a wide operating current range of 70uA to 100mA. Its low temperature coefficient and low dynamic impedance make it an ideal replacement for Zener diodes in switching power supplies, charge management circuits, op-amp circuits, and many other applications. The ME432 operates at a maximum voltage of 18V, with the output voltage adjustable via external resistors anywhere between Vref (1.25V) and 18V. The ME432 is available in two reference accuracy grades: 0.5% and 1%.
