Overview
MP2359DJ-LF-Z-JSM is a low-EMI, synchronous step-down, switch-mode converter with integrated internal power MOSFETs. It delivers up to 1.5A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation, enabling a very compact solution. The device achieves low-EMI characteristics through well-controlled switching edges. Fault protection features include programmable output overvoltage protection, constant on-time mode, and thermal shutdown. MP2359DJ-LF-Z-JSM requires a minimal number of standard external components. It is available in a SOT23-6 package.
