MP3202DJ-LF-Z-MS

MP3202DJ-LF-Z-MS is a boost converter designed to drive series white LEDs powered by a single-cell lithium-ion battery, supporting up to 7 LEDs. The device employs a current-mode, fixed-frequency architecture to regulate LED current, which is measured via an external current sense resistor. Its feedback voltage as low as 200mV reduces power dissipation and improves efficiency. MP3202DJ-LF-Z-MS incorporates UVLO, current limiting, and thermal overload protection to prevent damage during output overload conditions. The optimized switching frequency meets the requirements for small LC filter values, low operating current, and high efficiency. Internal soft-start reduces inrush current. The miniature package offers an optimal solution for saving PCB space and reducing total BOM cost.
