Overview

This device is a low standby power, high-efficiency synchronous boost DC-DC converter with a standby current of only 15μA. It employs a fixed on-time pulse frequency modulation control scheme that automatically reduces switching frequency under light-load conditions to maintain high conversion efficiency. Only three external components are required to step up from a low battery input voltage to the desired operating voltage. Utilizing patented control technology, the device features ultra-low standby power consumption and high light-load efficiency, achieving an input current of only 15μA while maintaining regulated output voltage — making it ideal for applications with demanding battery standby time requirements. Available in SOT23, SOT23-5, and SOT89-3 packages.
