Overview

MS2188 is a low standby power, high-efficiency synchronous boost DC-DC converter with a standby current of only 15uA. The device employs a fixed on-time PFM control scheme that automatically reduces switching frequency under light-load conditions to maintain high conversion efficiency. With only three external components, it can boost low input battery voltage to the required operating voltage. By utilizing proprietary control technology, the device features low standby power consumption and high efficiency at light loads, capable of regulating the output voltage while drawing only 15uA of input current, making it particularly suitable for applications with stringent requirements on extended standby time. The product is available in SOT23, SOT23-5, and SOT89-3 packages.
