Overview

This device is a low standby power, high-efficiency synchronous boost DC-DC converter with a standby current of only 15uA. It employs a fixed on-time PFM control scheme that automatically reduces switching frequency under light-load conditions to maintain high conversion efficiency. Only three external components are required to step up a low battery input voltage to the desired operating voltage. Utilizing patented control technology, the device features low standby power consumption and high efficiency at light loads, achieving an input current of only 15uA while maintaining regulated output voltage — making it particularly suitable for applications with demanding battery life requirements. Available in SOT23, SOT23-5, and SOT-89-3 packages.
