Overview

MS2304Lxxx is a low standby power, high-efficiency synchronous boost DC-DC converter with a standby current of only 15uA. The device employs a fixed on-time PFM control scheme that automatically reduces switching frequency under light-load conditions to maintain high conversion efficiency. With only three external components, it can boost low input battery voltage to the required operating voltage. Through proprietary control technology, the device achieves low standby power consumption and high light-load efficiency, maintaining regulated output voltage while keeping input current as low as 15uA — making it particularly suitable for applications with stringent standby time requirements. The device is available in SOT23, SOT23-5, and SOT-89-3 packages.
