Overview

MS2304Lxxx is a low standby power, high-efficiency synchronous boost DC-DC converter with a standby current of only 15uA. It employs a fixed on-time PFM control scheme that automatically reduces switching frequency under light load to maintain high conversion efficiency. Only three external components are required to boost a low battery input voltage to the desired operating voltage. Using patented control technology, the device features low standby power consumption and high light-load efficiency, achieving an input current of only 15uA while maintaining regulated output voltage — making it particularly suitable for applications with demanding battery standby time requirements. Available in SOT23, SOT23-5, and SOT-89-3 packages.
